Staff register via the BDA Portal and sit either the BDA-CP™ (1–4 years experience, 120 questions) or BDA-SCP™ (5+ years experience, 120 questions). No prerequisite between the two.
Certified staff maintain their credentials through Professional Development Credits (PDCs) — ensuring ongoing competency and supporting recertification every 3 years.
Both certifications are independently governed and assessed against the BDA BoCK™. No prerequisite between them — candidates apply based on experience level.
