The Professional Development Provider (PDP™) model is designed for organizations that deliver structured learning and professional development programs in business development. PDP™ partners receive formal recognition from BDA for their contribution to advancing the BD profession through quality learning experiences.
PDP™ programs are assessed against BDA's competency framework — the BDA BoCK™ — ensuring that participants receive development aligned with internationally recognized standards. This recognition is valuable for both the delivering institution and the professionals who complete the programs.
The PDP™ model operates across three levels — Standard, Advanced, and Premium — each reflecting a different scale of program delivery and depth of institutional engagement with BDA's professional development ecosystem.
