How to Record Your PDCs

BDA-CP™ and BDA-SCP™ holders must earn and record 60 PDCs within a 3-year recertification cycle to maintain active certification status.

Follow the steps below to correctly submit and track your PDCs through the BDA Certification Portal.

Step 1

  • Visit the BDA Certification Portal.
  • Enter your registered email address and password.
  • From the dashboard, go to “My Certifications” to view your active credentials and recertification cycle dates.
  •

Step 2

Click “Add PDCs” from your certification dashboard.

You will be asked whether you have an Activity Code from a BDA-approved provider.

  • Enter the code in the field provided.
  • The system will automatically populate the activity title, provider, and PDC value.

Step 3

Once you achieve 60 PDCs, and after you reach at least one full year into your recertification cycle, your portal will show:

YOU ARE NOW ELIGIBLE TO RECERTIFY

To finalize your recertification:

  1. Click the “Recertify Now” button.

  2. Review your full PDC history record.

  3. Update personal and employment details.

  4. Confirm the BDA Certification Terms & Conditions.

  5. Pay the applicable recertification fee.

You will immediately receive:
