The Strategic Alliance Partner (SAP™) is the highest form of institutional collaboration with BDA. It is awarded to government ministries, national associations, chambers of commerce, and other influential organizations that play a vital role in promoting professional standards in business development.

- Cooperation in building joint national or professional frameworks
This partnership does not involve training delivery or certification rights. Instead, it reflects the partner's strategic role in expanding BDA’s presence, facilitating national or regional engagement, and embedding BDA BoCK™ concepts in broader professional or policy frameworks.

- The applicant must be a government body, regulatory authority, national association, or equivalent.
- The entity must have a clear mandate in professional, economic, or organizational development.
- Submission of an official Letter of Interest outlining areas of collaboration with BDA.
- Willingness to undergo a strategic review by BDA’s institutional relations team.
- Alignment with the principles and positioning of BDA BoCK™.
- Use of the SAP™ logo limited to non-commercial, representational contexts.
- Active support in facilitating BDA’s outreach to professional or institutional networks.
- Agreement to review and renew the partnership terms based on evolving collaboration.
