About SAP™
Strategic Cooperation Shaping National BD Ecosystems
The Strategic Alliance Partner (SAP™) model represents BDA's framework for strategic cooperation with sovereign entities, national professional bodies, and government-affiliated organizations. SAP™ partnerships are designed to advance the business development profession at a systemic, national, or regional level.
Unlike other BDA partnership models, the SAP™ framework is not focused on program delivery or certification preparation. Instead, it establishes a strategic cooperation framework between BDA and entities that have the mandate, authority, or influence to shape the BD profession within their jurisdiction.
SAP™ partnerships are individually structured and governed through formal cooperation agreements that define the scope, objectives, and terms of the strategic alliance. Each SAP™ partnership is unique and tailored to the specific context and mandate of the partner organization.
