Accredited Internal Development Program - AIDP™

AIDP™ accreditation is an institutional accreditation awarded to organizations that implement standardized development programs or external training accredited by the BDA BoCK™.

What is AIDP™?

AIDP™ accreditation is an institutional accreditation awarded to organizations that implement standardized development programs or external training accredited by the BDA BoCK™.

This accreditation confirms that an organization actively fosters a learning-driven environment based on a structured approach to business development roles, principles, and career pathways. The focus is not merely on having training activities, but on the strategic and systemic integration of development efforts.

Accreditation focuses on the quality of the program in terms of design, objectives, content, evaluation methodology, and institutional impact, not just on the entity providing it.
