ANPO Accreditation Evaluation Process

1️⃣ Application Submission
Submit your accreditation request through the BDA website, along with required documents (organization profile, activity reports, impact data, board member bios, internal policies).

2️⃣ Initial Review
Documents are reviewed to confirm eligibility, with a 2-week period to submit any missing items if necessary.

3️⃣ Comprehensive Evaluation Using BDAAT
Evaluation is based on the following pillars:

  • Member Development & Organizational Capacity (20%)

  • Transparency & Governance (15%)

4️⃣ Optional Site Visit
If necessary, a visit is conducted to assess the organization’s workspace and operational environment.

5️⃣ Evaluation Report (BDAAT Report)
A detailed report is issued, including scores, strengths, areas for improvement, and final recommendations.

6️⃣ Accreditation Decision
If the organization scores 75% or more, it is awarded the official ANPO certificate and badge. If the score is lower, the organization is given time for improvements before re-evaluation.

7️⃣ Annual Follow-Up
Accreditation must be renewed annually through a performance report and renewal fee.
