BDA Refund Policy

The Business Development Association (BDA) is committed to providing high-quality services that ensure the satisfaction of its clients and partners. Our refund policy has been established to ensure transparency and clarity in all financial transactions related to professional certifications, memberships, partnerships, and training services. This procedure aims to protect the rights of individuals and organizations and to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all parties involved.

The refund policy is applied according to the nature of the service provided, as the refund conditions vary depending on the type of transaction. For professional certification fees, the amount paid is non-refundable after the application has been submitted and approved, as the registration process includes administrative and processing costs that cannot be recovered. However, some exceptions may be considered based on special circumstances, such as emergency health conditions or any force majeure events that prevent the applicant from completing the process.

Regarding memberships, all membership fees paid are non-refundable, as members receive immediate benefits upon activation of their membership, such as access to exclusive resources, discounts on training courses, and networking opportunities with experts. To ensure the best value, members are advised to review all membership details and benefits before completing the subscription process, as membership cannot be canceled or refunded after activation.

With respect to partnership programs, the refund policy depends on the terms of the agreement signed between the two parties. If an organization decides to cancel its partnership after it has been approved, a refund may not be possible due to operational costs and services already provided. However, some partners may apply to modify or postpone their partnership according to our internal policies, with the possibility of reviewing requests on a case-by-case basis.
